1. Reach Out

Your franchise journey might start right here on our website. It’s where you can find a lot of important information about our brand and all we have to offer. Fill out a brief form that lets us know you’re interested, and after we receive it, someone from our team will reach out to you. This will be a chance to get to know each other better and to learn more about your background and goals. If we both feel like there’s a good fit, we’ll move on to the next steps.

2. Review Our FDD

Now you’ll have time to review our Franchise Disclosure Document or FDD. This document is something all franchisors must provide to prospective franchisees, and discloses certain key aspects of an investment with that brand. The Arby’s FDD will provide you more information about the costs and expenses in developing and operating an Arby’s restaurant, the training and support you can expect, what your responsibilities will be as our franchisee, and much more. We recommend prospective franchisees review the FDD with their accountant, attorney, or other professional consultant. We are always available to answer any questions you may have as you go through the Arby’s FDD.

3. Complete an Application

After you’ve reviewed our FDD, we’ll ask you to fill out a Franchise Application so we can conduct a financial inquiry, background check, and credit clearance. It’s part of our franchise onboarding process to ensure there’s a good fit. Now will also be a good time to continue doing research into the Arby’s brand and business model to find out more about how it lets you capitalize on our robust industry.

4. Meet with the Team

You’ll have the chance to meet with members of our franchising and operations teams, who will tell you more about all the ongoing support you’ll enjoy and who will ask you more about your experience and goals. We know the continued success of the Arby’s name is dependent on the strong working relationship between our teams and you, and that starts from the very first meeting!

5. Identify Territories and Sign Your Agreement

We’ll work with you to help identify territories that will be available for development. Upon final approval a development agreement will be ready for you to sign.

6. Start Building!

Once you sign the Arby’s Development Agreement and pay the initial Development Fee, our building and construction team will begin working with you as you build your new Arby’s restaurants. Welcome to the Arby’s family!
